In most professions the title ‘Consultant’ is awarded to someone who has trained for years, has an unblemished record and has earned the respect of colleagues and fellow professionals. Too often in recruitment, agencies call their staff ‘Consultants’ when in reality nothing could be further from the truth. Unfortunately many candidates and businesses have discovered this to their detriment.

Our Consultants are individuals whose reputations are well known. Even then they must undergo an intense interview procedure, which covers, amongst other things, advanced service levels, recruitment procedures and industry knowledge. We only employ staff who treat candidates and clients with respect, show regard for their time, maintain regular and informative contact and have at least three years specific industry experience – only then will we honour them with the title ‘Consultant’ for our unique and specialist recruitment consultancy.
